The Beginning of a New Study

The Beginning of a New Study

The Gospel truths woven in the book of Philippians have rekindled a passion for the Gospel and a desire to grow in the good works God has set before us. From community group discussions to lives being changed, it's always a blessing to see how God honors His word. With Philippians coming to an end, we are looking forward to the beginning of a new series in the book of Malachi.

Malachi is the final book of the Old Testament, the last voice pleading for repentance before John the Baptizer breaks the 400 year silence. God is calling His chosen people to remember the Law, remember God's faithfulness, and to look forward to the coming of Day of the Lord. This message is loaded with heavy truths burdening the Lord, the messenger, and those who hear it.

Before we being this new series, set aside time to consider how you can be praying for our church, meditate and be reading this book, and take some time to be inviting your friends and 'ohana to join us on June 7th at 8am / 10am.

Christmas Eve : A Night of Worship

Christmas Eve : A Night of Worship

Christmas Eve is a time for us to celebrate Jesus! God's most wonderful gift to man was the giving of His son. As Jesus was adorned with songs of angels and gifts from wise men, so we (the church) desire to carve out time on Christmas Eve to adorn our wonderful savior in prayer and song.

This time of year is a great opportunity to be on mission sharing Jesus and inviting people to church. Pray for your family and friends and seek opportunity to share Jesus with them. Invite your co-workers, friends, neighbors to join us on a Sunday or December 24th. We mobilize the Gospel because there is no greater experience than the forgiveness of sins because God became a man.

The night of worship will last for about an hour, so come a little early and get a Christmas beverage or your favorite drink for the Coffee Lounge.

Welcome to the New Website

Welcome to the New Website

Being on mission for Jesus should overflow into all areas of life, including online media. For this reason, we’ve put a lot of thought, design, and time to be intentional in how we represent Jesus. This renovated site is an open door to people wondering what we are about, and it’s a fantastic resource for our church body.

Everything you enjoyed before hasn’t changed, but our goal is to streamline content and create a better web experience. Some additions/changes include:  complete redesign, news & devotion blog, organized sermons, and collections of more content.

Another reason for a redesign is because of mobile browsing(smart phones and tablets). 2014 was the first year mobile web traffic exceeded traditional desktop traffic. Our new site is optimized for a great viewing experience on all devices, to better serve the increase of mobile browsing.

All this to say, we are excited to roll-out the newest version of our website. While our previous website wasn’t terrible, it wasn’t that great. This is still a work in progress but an improvement to help us amplify Jesus!
