ANNOUNCEMENT Submission

Reason: To ensure all information is presented as team leaders intend.  To ensure our host team is given accurate and detailed information. To ensure our church body is being communicated to effectively.   

Print & Pulpit: To be effective communicators we will be using both the online e-bulletin and a printed handout.  The pulpit will be used to highlight needs and events, while online and print will give extra details.  Click here for an example.   

Time Frames: Submit the announcement Tuesday, 10 days prior to the announcement. 

To ensure our body has time to prepare and plan we recommend the announcement to run for 2-3 Sundays before the event / meeting / start date.  So that means the announcements are coming in 4-5 weeks ahead of time
